ReceptCocktail with Searoop Rosemary, Lemon Balm, Thyme
Chill your tumbler glass with ice. Fill the large part of your shaker with 1/3 ice, put the other half on top, and add 25 ml of Searoop Rosemary, Lemon Balm, Thyme, 25 ml of lemon juice, and 50 ml of gin. Shake vigorously. Add 10 basil leaves, close the shaker, and shake again briefly. Double strain (using a strainer and fine strainer) your cocktail over the ice, ensuring no ice shards or basil pieces remain. Garnish with a basil leaf and a slice of lemon. Cheers!
