ReceptBlackberry Clover Club Cocktail with Searoop Black Currant, Lavender, Rose

Fill a shaker 1/3 full with ice; place the other half on top and add 25 ml of Searoop Black Currant, Lavender, Rose, 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of berry liqueur, 10 ml of dry vermouth, 30 ml of gin, and 30 ml of egg white. Shake the shaker briefly but vigorously. Remove the ice from your pre-chilled cocktail glass and double strain (using both a strainer and a fine strainer) the cocktail into the glass, ensuring no ice shards remain. Garnish with lavender and some blackberries. Cheers!
