Searoop is a cordial syrup with low sugar,
which is already quite special
(and we haven’t even mentioned the 100% unique flavors yet….)

Below you’ll find our flavors. Try them all!

Summer Fruit: Strawberry, Raspberry, Cherry Stems A real crowd-pleaser, this delightful new Searoop Summer Fruit. This flavor embodies fruit in all its aspects and pairs wonderfully with High Tea, a dessert buffet, or any sweet course. Summer Fruit is perfect for mixing with or without alcohol, ideal for those long summer evenings.

Ice Tea, Lemon Leaf, Mint An extraordinary Ice Tea to mix with still water. Made with black tea, this Ice Tea pairs well with grilled fish, shines in a Long Island Iced Tea, a mocktail, or simply alongside a slice of apple pie.

Blackcurrant, Lavender, Rose Best described as “berry-like” with a sweet finish, but the lavender adds a unique twist that keeps it from being overly sweet. A refreshing cassis-like thirst quencher. Lovely as an aperitif, pairs well with various meat dishes, and works beautifully in a Kir Royale (with or without alcohol).

Rosemary, Lemon Balm, Thyme This flavor has a fresh, soft syrup taste, perfect for mixing in cocktails and mocktails. A real crowd-pleaser that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. It pairs wonderfully with vegetable dishes and savory pies.

Sea Buckthorn, Hawthorn, Sage Tastes almost citrusy despite having no citrus in it. The sage completes this syrup, making it a refreshing and pleasant drink. Pairs well with sweet potato and pumpkin dishes, cheese platters, and desserts (including ice cream). It’s a top choice in cocktails with vodka and Hierbas de las Dunas, but also shines in mocktails.

Rhubarb, Samphire, Sea Fennel This syrup highlights the salty flavors of Zeeland. It has a slight anise-like finish and is naturally delicious at any time of day, as a stand-alone drink or an aperitif. This variation pairs well with all shellfish and seafood dishes, and it’s great for making ceviche.

Quince, Rosehip, Wild Passionflower This refined and surprising flavor combination is a natural fit for cheese platters and makes for a delightful pairing in cocktails with martini and vermouth. The alcohol-free variation with sparkling water and lime juice is a festive mocktail.

Elderflower, March Violet, Poppy This flavor bursts with aroma and will make you smile! It’s perfect as a thirst quencher or in a gin and tonic. This syrup is also popular in dessert preparations, such as granita.

Magnolia, Ginger, Juniper Perhaps the most unique flavor of the range. A floral, slightly spicy taste makes this drink a popular base for cocktails and mocktails. Enjoy this Searoop with an Asian meal or on a warm summer evening. Pure indulgence!
