This Zeeuwse Sangria is perfect for a festive summer moment. Take 100 ml. of Searoop Rhubarb, Samphire, Sea Fennel and mix in some pieces of fresh samphire, finely chopped (Zeeland) apple, and chunks of (Zeeland) pear. Garnish with a ribbon of rhubarb.
