ReceptMocktail Mojito with Searoop IceTea; Lemon Leaf, Mint

For each glass, take 20 ml of Searoop IceTea; Lemon Leaf, Mint and add 20 ml of lemon juice along with muddled mint in a muddler. Top off with still cold water and crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and mint leaves.

Take a nice glass and fill it with 30 ml of Searoop Quince, Rosehip, Wild Passionflower; the pulp of a passion fruit, 50 ml of pear juice, and 20 ml of lime juice. Add some crushed ice and stir everything well until it looks like a delicious, liquid mixture. Add more crushed ice so that it sticks out above the glass. Garnish with a piece of quince jelly, passion fruit, and mint. Incredibly delicious. Cheers!
