ReceptDoorn to be Wild Cocktail with Searoop Sea Buckthorn, Hawthorn, Sage
Chill a cocktail glass with ice, and fill your mixing glass halfway with ice cubes. Add 20 ml of Searoop Sea Buckthorn, Hawthorn, Sage, 15 ml of lemon juice, 35 ml of gin, and 10 ml of honey syrup. Stir until the liquid has reduced by half and a frost layer forms on the outside of the glass. Strain the cocktail over the ice in your chilled glass. Garnish with a sprig of sage and some sea buckthorn berries. Cheers!
