ReceptCocktail with Searoop Rhubarb, Samphire, Sea Fennel
Take a nice glass and chill it with ice for a moment. Fill a shaker with ice and add 20 ml of Searoop Rhubarb, Samphire, Sea Fennel, 30 ml of grapefruit juice, and 60 ml of dark rum. Shake for 10-20 seconds and remove the ice from the glass. Strain the Searoop mixture through a strainer and fine strainer into the cocktail glass. Garnish with a thin slice of grapefruit, some samphire, sea banana, and spray with sea water (this is available in special spray bottles).Hasta la vista!
